So we have a porch pirate that has been targeting my neighborhood for a few weeks now. I haven't been hit yet but I've seen plenty of posts with video of this guy and his car with plates. Columbus this fall instituted a policy that police basically won't do shit for minor theft cases (they aren't even allowed to), even if repetitive like package theft. It's bs.
I'm not sure if he's following the Amazon trucks or just driving around but he is some fat old white trash guy who wears the same Carhartt hoodie in every video.
I'm looking for some unique ideas to fuck with this guy.
