I read on newschoolers some people complaining about @Cast, they were unhappy with the customer service or the wait to receive the upgrade kit or whatever. I understand some people may had a different experience than mine, but I always been super happy with both their services and their products. (For the record, yes I did wait a long time too to receive my upgrade kit, but I did plan in advance knowing it's a small company, ordered over the summer, and got them right in time for ski season)
Today I ordered a set of new (GripWalk) AFD plates, which I believe they had in stock, and I'm very impressed with their turn around time, they shipped my order less than 2 hours after I placed it! Those timing would make Jeff Besos jealous!

Nothing much more to say, just wanted to share the positive experience, balance some of the bad press some newschoolers gave them, and show the love and support for @Cast from the community.
