That pic- is that Powder King. I have heard crazy things about powder king. Like how its name is actually accurate unlike the resort with the pic further up. That pic is like a week old.

Nope, not Powder King, it's Shames Mountain. Almost as good powder wise. PK is #1 in Canada, Shames is #2. But that's just Ski Canada's choice ;)

Powder king has liek 1 chair and one tbar, I got tired of it after half a day when I was 12, imagine what it would be like now... yuck.

There's only 1 chair and one T-bar here but we have real long runs and if you hike to the top of the mountain you get a real nice pow run and then you can go into a pow/tree run and then after that you can go to another tree run or the park run.

Or if you start on the far left of the mountain (Black Diamond) you can ski straight across all the olther black runs and the double black and then you're where the chair lift is where you can do a tree run or the park run.

It's so much fun here, I'd rather ski here than a lot of places. Who cares if they have big halfpipe groomers, we have a natural halfpipe and an average of about 6 inches of pow every day. Not to mention it usually only snows at night.

yea i wish i was there other than bc sunshine only has a handful of challenging fun runs and most of them are about 100m long that is why i am going to fernie and kicking horse and cop

im heading out to kickinghorse this year, along with fernie, in december. anyone care to tell me some stuff about them. thanks
