Replying to Full tilts, black toes and Boot fitting.

I recently got full tilt drop kicks. I’m a size 11 and got the 28.5S which I think are 10.5s.

I’m new to skiing, Everything felt decent until the ninth day of the season. My big toe kept hurting and my toe nail went black. Also the tongue liner ripped in the morning and the buckles were getting kind of stuck.

I assume full tilt will warranty this. My question is should I get them to send a size down also? A size up?

How much would it be to get a boot fitter to measure my foot and give me advice? Even if I’m not going to purchase boots from them?
