With everyone trying to get away from the crowds, backcountry skiing and snowboarding are at an all time high. Be careful out there.
These videos below are a good starting point to help give you knowledge about navigating avalanche terrain but they aren't the ultimate answer. Get the gear and take a class before going out there. Make sure you and your friends not only have transceivers but know how to use them. Follow your local avalanche center. Make smart choices. Be safe out there!
