okay so basically i hit rail with a drop yesterday and the drop fucked up my weight distribution and i wrecked and somehow bent the fuck out of my knee. anyways this morning i could barely move my leg without it hurting a lot and now at the end of the day it’s only mildly sore. anyways my point is should i continue to take it easy until it’s fully healed and it doesn’t feel sore or should i just ski like normal? i wanna keep working on that rail but i don’t wanna end up fucking it up more.
