My brain shuts off when i try to 270 out

When im about try 270 out or 5050 to switch i lose brain function i either spin thr wrong way or dont spin at all. Someone help me lmao. Also i cant get the last 90 of rotation.

Throw it like you’d throw a three and stop short instead of trying exact 270 because typically or atleast I’ve found that you need more momentum than you think

Ay man we’ve all been there one some type of trick. But no one can help you over come a mental block. Only thing you can do is visualize, focus on locking in, and most importantly persistence.
