I suck at 270 out and 5050 to switch

Im tryna do 5050 to switch and also 270 out and is ut just me who literally loses all brain function. Any way to stop?💀💀

Stop getting in your head and try something else totally different. Maybe a one foot trick or something to take your focus off it. Less is more.

Maybe try practicing some progression steps like the ones mentioned here

Progression steps let you get the feel of the trick without actually needing to fully commit to it. If you're having trouble sending the trick, it's probably because you're skipping too many steps and you're body doesn't know where to get started, therefore it freezes. From my experiences, the more in-between steps I take while learning a trick, the easier it is to send it.

Front 2 or blind 2? Just learned both of them and a huge progression thing for me was scissoring/pedalling. This makes it so you don't have to twist off the rail as hard, and doing it right will basically spin you all the way around without you really having to do much else. This guy explains it really well.

Peadling is soemthing ill try more is it just pushinh on the heel?

yeah tip and point your front foot up/ down depending on what way you're going

Go a little quicker, you don’t want to be barely making it to the end of the rail. and let your upper body dictate where you want to spin. That combined with pedaling of your feet and it will be easy.
