Gotta be honest there's quite a bit of stuff new wave skiiers would wear if it was like 1/30th the price and on a thrift rack. I think OP is right. Dior is trying to go core.

I don't. I should demand a redund from the shop that sold me to mine. The guy "highly recommend them" and said they were some of the most popular poles they carry. Clearly he was getting a kickback. Luckily they were only $150 but i just feel like I got scammed finding out they won't even work with my new skis.

I literally spent my whole life stressin out clawing up the corporate whore grind - no kids no husband no dog no family no house no matter how bad I want any of em... so I could grow up to budget that exact number on 365 days of spending on my passion my reason to exist... and I think I'm PTO slut weekend warrior hot shit baller bitch upper echelon of society for it.
A single pair of lame ass trophy-wife groomer skis... no bindings!
GAWD I could get 2 new ski setups, 10 new skateboards, travel to 3 countries, 10 states, buy 4 ski passes and hit 30 resorts.
