_IRRELEVANT_Or just get a pair of muck boots or something something similar. don’t look good but they’re warm and comfortable
CrunnchyVanManLiftie ganngggg, Ive been on the grind for almost 3 seasons
I got Neos Overshoes, highly recommend getting the ones with ice spikes in them, you can just wear them over whatever shoes you feel comfy in with some good wool socks, that way if you get into a top shack you dont need to sit around in big ass boots all day, and when you have to go or be outside you can just slide them on, they're like 15inches high so you're set for anything.
Definitely layer up, cuz you're either standing still or moving around in the cold you're gonna wanna be as adjustable as possible to your body temp
other gear, make sure you have a high quality, large backpack, always have a shit ton of snacks/water/drinks on you and room for spare layers if needed. bring a BT speaker if you can too
also, what @theabortionator said, stay on the ramp work grind, keeps the boredom away and you won't look like a lazy ass vibing out in the shack while massive ice grooves form on the ramp
