Sponsored Visa for Canada - Instructor // Which resorts?

Does anybody know of any Canadian resorts that will sponsor visas for ski instructors? I have my CSIA Level 2 and a couple of seasons of experience. I am hoping to get my NZSIA Level 3, freestyle coach, and second discipline when I eventually get out to NZ after the pandemic cools off.

I did a season in Whistler 15/16 on my WHV but left to teach in Aus and go to uni back home (England) I really want to get back to Canada to teach and maybe even go for my PR but it doesn't seem likely unless I can get a resort to sponsor me to work. Does anyone have experience with this?

You'll need your 3 before any Canadian resorts will consider sponsoring you sadly. I'm in a similar situation, being level 2 with 2 year's teaching experience. Looked into sponsorship but got nowhere.
