CUSHKOMAI cannot for the life of me figure out how to properly do a front or back swap/switch up. I slide right foot forward and feel as though I’ve got a solid foundation when it comes to sliding rails, but I’m not sure if it’s the way I position my upper body or my arms that’s giving me troubles. Any tips/pointers would be appreciated.
pedal before you switch up and hike the rail
asparagusfriendI’m working on front swaps right now so might not be good advice, but if you can 270 out then do that but just higher up on the rail and land left foot forwards.
Eb71Try doing then just at the end of the rail like your just tapping the end, once your comfortable start trying them earlier

KCoCMwhat does pedal mean
Eb71Scissor is another word. But it's pretty much how you stop yourself spinning when on the rail. It looks like your forward ski is down or up and your back ski is the opposite
asparagusfriendif you cant front or back 270 out i highly recommend learning that first
