SendyMcSendyfaceSnagging some SFBs soon, do I go 184 or 190? I'm 6'2" and 180 lbs, and have a jibby, but somewhat chargy style, and I do a shit ton of butters. Basically I like to dick around on small features but also haul ass. My other two skis are the Blackops 118 (186), and the Moment Exit World (192). I love the BO, but I don't really like the Moments, but I'm not sure if that's due to the stiffness, length, or the mounting point (which is pretty far back). Going to be riding the east coast this winter, but going back out west next year. Will the longer SBFs sacrifice some playfulness/butterability?

I hate the SFB, I have the 2017 version in 190cm.

Hate these skis so much. They are now my rock skis. 190cm is too long for those particular skis, feels not good, very long and chattery. They are exhausting as they don't plow through shit and pop off everything which will wear you out fast.
I have the same stats as you 175lbs and 6'2". I've skied the rossi black ops 98 and those were sick ass skis. I ski the kartel 108 in a 181cm and that length is perfect for what I do, tight trees, switch, etc.
I just bout the on3p woodsman 98 this year in 182cm if that tells you anything.
Line makes cheap skis that fall apart, my SFBs barely lasted me one season, but beyond that I did not like the way they skied at all.
But to answer your question if you must buy those skis, buy them in a 184, trust me on this, I wish i would have went with 184 over the 190. peace
