Which ski binding/pole/boot?

I'm looking for a new ski setup for this season. I'm 16 y/o and a intermidiate-adv skier. I like to ski all over the mountain, powder, park, carving etc. I'm 65kg (145lbs) and 175cm (5ft 9).

I will probably go for the bent chetler 100 for my skis. But I don't know which ski bindings, poler or boots I should get. I can find many used ski boots, should I buy used or new.

I've been looking at the Salomon warden 11 or the marker squire 11 id, for bindings. Any other recommendations?

For ski poles I've consider the adjustable line paintbrush.

You’ll get what you pay for with bindings. I would suggest looking for Tyrolia Attack 13s. Super solid binding for the price and will be a way better choice than what you have listed.


Boots are the most important part of your set up and you should really go to a boot fitter and get fit for them. You might spend a little extra money on them but you won’t have to worry about cutting your day short because you are in pain.


Bentchetler 100s are a great do it all ski.

Chetler 100's would be really great, it's a super fun do it all ski. For boots, just go see a boot fitter and buy a boot that fit's your foot.

Poles don't matter, just buy some thrifted ones and cut them down

As for bindings, I wouldn't go with the marker squires. Attack 13s or STH2s would be good (or pivots if you have the money)

I agree, the Attack is a good starting point that can be found for relatively cheap and they’re better than the Squires (the Squire is dogshit).
