SofaKingSickdefinitely, just keep skiing and practicing butters. it's a pretty technical move (god what a dorky phrase) but it's 100% possible for you to get there if you practice a lot
plus you'll have a lot of fun in the process, and it's not like it's a super dangerous trick so you can fall as much as you want as you learn it
make sure your boots fit well :)

SuspiciousFishIt sounds weird but the easiest place to nose butter is going switch down a super easy run. If your a real G you grab both of your tips and look between your legs.

1. Browse /fit/ everyday for motivation and info
2. Diet:
Eat 4 large eggs, 1/4cup eggs whites, 2.5 slices of cheddar cheese and 2 English muffins for breakfast
2 large sandwiches with roast turkey, cheddar, mayo and mustard. I do 3 slices of turkey per sandwich.
For dinner do 250grams of pasta+a protein for dinner with sauce. I.e 250 grams pasta + Alfredo + 2 cans tuna.
After your workout have a protein shake with 3 scoops+whole milk
Diet sucks at first and is the hardest part of gains but force yourself. You'll get used to it.
3. The workout. At first you just need to get used to the movements and get into a workout rhythm. After a year or so you'll have some idea of what you're doing even if you're still weak, which you will be. That being said lift as heavy as you can without being an ego lifting retard.

So one of the most important things for not being a twinky f*g is to have a high test level. You get this by not jerking off or watching porn, sleeping 8hrs a night, and taking supplements. A good daily stack is:
