As far as I can tell you can just put in a new email address and reserve as many days as you want.

Although going through some dares it looks like most weekends in Jan and Feb are already booked out for free parking.

On their website all it asks for is your name and email address so if you just use a new email you could cheat the system a bit.

Ya I'm saying using the parkwhiz app you don't need a different email. I just booked 8 days and it let me.
