Any health care workers?

So ive been working in the medical field as an EMT the past few years. Im about to go back to school and was looking at becoming a nurse or PA. initially i was leaning more toward PA but im thinking more about being a traveling nurse recently. just wondering if anyone has experience good or bad, i don't really see my self in a big hospital id prefer to work in a clinic setting, Ortho if i was going to go to PA school is what i was thinking. Id ideally like to work 3 12s and do the travel nurse thing and take the winters off to ski is sort of what appeals to me with the travel nurse thing where being a PA id be making more and a provider but i probably wouldn't have the flexibility of a traveling nurse. Id love to just do ski patrol but with free school i might as well take advantage of it. any advice is appreciated.

Can't relate to either of those but with many healthcare jobs you can work just about anywhere, license permitting. It's also pretty easy to only work a max of 3-4 days a week if ur in a hospital setting, freeing up days to ski, likely during weekdays.

Go be a paramedic for Global Rescue. Would be a sick gig.

They’re one of the main rescue crews for base camp at Everest.

GF is a nurse, I’ve been dating her since college when she was in nursing school.

Travel nursing is cool, see new places, great pay, rent stipend, etc.

3 12’s seems to be the most common route. Night shift pays better but takes its toll on you mentally. Work holidays and weekends, more pay as well.
