Replying to Are all Factions skis garbage?

I got a pair of faction prodigy 4.0's last year and after 7 days of early season riding the base delaminated from the ski. I thought no big deal ill just use some JB weld on keep on truckin. Could just be a lack of epoxy from the factory. On the 8th day of riding I rode over some small rocks which most skis would have held up, in fact after that day i switched to my ON3P's and probably rode over some worse preseason conditions. not a scratch on them. tried to warranty faction prodigy's and got denied warranty because they claimed it was "mY rIdInG tHaT CaUsEd ThEm to BrEaK". keep in mind I really don't think I rode them very hard. Has anyone had any other related experiences with Faction? I refuse to buy another pair because if im paying $800 for skis i expect them to last more than 7 days...
