Looking for a new pair of light park skis

I need to replace my sticks this year and I’m honestly a little in the dark. I’ve ridden Vishnu wide 181s for the past two years and I feel like they’ve been way to heavy for me, and I need a lighter, more playful alternative. What are some good sub 180cm, hybrid rocker skis that are good for mostly lapping rails? For reference I’m 6’ and about 155 lbs

OP: do you want a ski the same width as the Wides? they are pretty wide for a dedicated rail ski imo. Bdog edgeless or just normal bdog could be good for you. Or just slim down the underfoot and get Wets.

I’d definitely want something narrower, they rode alright on rails but spinning onto them was very difficult

Never used Wides, but Wet + 183 has a really low swing rate and are pretty easy to do flat ground 3's with. I'm 5'7" 155lb

Arv 96 UL - About 1700g per ski (according to roofbox) , also a reputable park ski (with all mountain bias). Also ~400$ on Evo

Line Honey Badger - cheap but it shows in durability, however they're 1600g per ski (according to roofbox). Quite frankly your better on the ARV 96 UL, however its just an alternative

But how tf are Vishnu Wides too heavy? They're under 2000g ?

^^ ARV 96 UL sounds good for you. Also Bentchetler 100 could be good, but not really a park ski. Or Faction CT/Prodgidy 1.0 or 2.0

Dont do honeybadgers theyre cap construction which is absolute dogshit, ive seen a few snapped ones and a lot of delammed badgers

i have no experience telling what skis are good but i have edollos that i haven’t rode yet and they seem pretty light and there sick

If you’re looking for narrower, lighter, playful park skis that can take plenty rail laps you might like our Alparka. At 178cm they only weigh 1.7kg a ski and have a low swing weight because of the tip construction. They’ve a nice energetic stiffness and camber underfoot but soften nicely out toward the ends. They also have 2.2x2.5mm edges and matching extra thick bases so can take plenty abuse.
