This post is pretty late.... but last season I bought magnus 102s and the edges started to separate pretty early in the season. So I tried to warranty them and I heard nothing back from ON3P, after I called and emailed many times. The only time I talked to someone I called and they said that I would hear back in about a week or so and I never heard anything back. Just curious if anyone had any similar problems or did I get an unlucky straw?
Hey Caleb - we replied to your warranty application back this spring - stating we do not replace park skis with edge cracks. Happy to forward that reply if you need us to.
We were closed a substantial part of the spring/summer with no one in the office - and remain understaffed on the CS front while we work to get production and sales caught up.
I messaged you directly if you need me to clarify anything.
Edit to add - if you have an email from March-July that you don't think you got a reply to, email us (more consistent than calling right now, as we don't have someone in the office all the time). We cleared a massive amount of backlog over August & Sept from that period, and to the best of our knowledge are current from that time period. That said, it was in the 1000's of emails and its entire possible we missed something. If so, email us - especially if you run a gmail account. They are putting a ton of our replies in spam or promotional folders and we obviously cannot check that every email we send is read.
