Making heated boot bag for sleding (poor boys mopros)

I'm trying to figure out how to keep my boots warm while sled skiing. I'm going to ride in snowboard boots with my ski liners in them, then put on my shells when it's time to ski. I need to figure out a cost effective way to keep my shells warm so I can put them on.

I have two ideas, first idea:
Dry bag lined with an old puffy or down blanket mounted/strapped to tunnel with a battery powered electric blanket inside.

Second idea: Same bag idea, but buying a pair of handlebar heating elements and wiring them to the bag. I'm not the most tech savvy so I'm not clear on how I'd do this.

I've seen some other ideas on this on other forums, but nothing really specific. Has anybody made their own heated boot bag?

What about just a beer cooler with the electric blanket? Coolers are just as good at keeping things warm as they are at keeping them cold. Idk man bit of a stoney idea but just throwing it out there, may be worth a shot!

I find sledding in ski boots cold, uncomfortable, dangerous, and bad for the health of my boots. Maybe I'm just a little boy tho

Never been sledding so that was a genuine question. I can imagine it’s not great for your soles

Ahh. Yeah its hard to move around on the sled and the teeth on the runners is very sharp.

Get boot heaters? Like hotronic (sp?) With the lithium ion batteries.

Or an insulated bag like the pizza guy has?

you can buy a container a bit longer and wider and longer than your boot and put your boot in it, then fill all the surrounding area in the best insulation you can find. Then put a small boot heater thing in the boot and seal it in the insulated container.

There are heated boot bags. Racers use them all the time. Drop it in Google and see if that meets your needs.
