I understand flat spins but for some reason I always over rotate to a rodeo 5 like I can’t get myself to only do a 3

90% chance its cuz you rotate too early on takeoff. If you finish ur pop while your shoulders are square you’ll do a flat 3 for the most part

start with a backflip with a japan grab. Then just start going for the grab earlier and look with it and eventually you'll have a nice looking flat 3. sounds too good to be true but thats exactly how I started doing them. takes maybe 3-4 ski days to dial in.
