What's up NS! I've recently become a licensed real estate agent in the state of Utah and I'm looking for clients and business opportunities. I'm based out of Logan, UT which is in northern Utah but I can help anyone Buy or Sell property anywhere in Utah. I'm willing to bet that a good number of people on this site either live in Utah or will move to Utah at some point in their skiing days. If you are by chance one of those people and you need my services I'd love to be your Realtor! I've been a member on NS for 6 years now and I think it would be really cool to do business with a fellow NS member. Even if this thread is years old I'll still be available! I’ve seen a few logos that are similar. It’s not my logo it’s the company’s I work for. They’ve had that logo since 2008 but that’s funny it’s your schools too. My logo will be original once I make my own trust me.

Congrats on becoming licensed, but I think most on NS have no ability to buy in Utah at these prices, but you'll have lots of luck with migrating Californians!

A Brand new 3 bedroom townhome, or a mid-size 4 bed 2 bath depending on the location. Just had a client buy a brand new 3 bedroom townhome for less than that and is renting it out for $600 more than their payment. Good investment.

I would love for this to be true but for whatever reason most utah resorts/condos seem to have a 10pm curfew which is just pathetic. Maybe the st regis has no curfew but idk. In colorado, at least in summit county, i have yet to find a single jacuzzi or hot tub that has a curfew. I blame this discrepancy on the cultural differences betwixt utah and colorado. Hunter S Thompson chose colorado as his home state for a reason. He wanted to chill in aspen and do all the drugs he wanted and shoot his guns as much as he wanted in his backyard without anybody bothering him or giving him shit. Hell, he almost got elected fucking sheriff of aspen where he would have completely decriminalized drugs within city limits. If he chose utah as hIs home state he would probably get the cops called on him every 2 weeks by his uptight neighbors who would call 911 and be like “i smell drugs coming from my neighbors house and they are shooting guns! Call the swat team!!”.

i would have no problem with mormons if they werent so puritan and uptight about drugs and personal freedoms. You want respect? Start selling drug users clean needles at pharmacies like they do in colorado, and stop making drug users share needles because you think drug users deserve to get hiv or something worse.

Having such ill will towards drug users that you knowingly support measures that will force them to share needles and spread terrible diseases is absolutely degenerate.

Jesus Christ why do so many of my posts inevitably end in a rant.

anyways. I dont have anything against mormons, or utah. I just think they would be doing everybody and themselves a service if they would lay back a bit and try to be as libertarian as colorado.

People have been saying the bubble will burst for the last 10 years, I doubt it will happen in the next few months. If it ever does realtors won't be the ones suffering the most, I'd actually expect them to be fine depending on how the market reacts.

Fellow realtor here, I was a bartender, now I own a boat. Adjustables are my bread and honey. My firm offers a ninja loan, no income, no job, I just leave the income section blank. Corporate doesn't care. These people just want homes. If I write a loan on friday afternoon, big bank is gonna buy by monday lunch. I focus on the immigrants, you know, once they find out they're getting a home, they sign where you tell them to sign. They don't ask questions, don't understand the rates like an idiot. Look I'm an yield guy, I make 2000 on a fixed rate prime right? But I can make 10000 on a subprime adjustable. Trust me, I'm not driving a 7-series without strippers. No one on the pole has good credit and they're all cash rich.

It's your attitude that people are having an issue with. You're presenting yourself as uppity, as "better" when you're in a profession that requires no education, no technical skills, and any Joe or Karen can enter on a whim. Sure, it does take skill to be a GOOD realtor, but realtors in general require nothing more than a pulse.

dont take it personally man, the internet has always been a place where ppl blow off steam by trashing others. Same reason why brothers will argue with eachother all the time.

brothers say terrible shit to eachother bc in the end they are still brothers and will still have eachothers back. There are no repurcussions.

and internet forums for the most part are anonymous, so again there are no repercussions for being a dickwad and trashing others.

Places like facebook on the other hand are not anonymous so you see alot less trash talking on facebook because there are repercussions.
