Same here man. Icelantic Nomads run to 191cm. Arv106's are 188cm. Dynastar slicers used to be 187cm I believe. Rossignol Black ops I think go above 190cms. I'm in the same boat as you my man, just been riding 184 poachers.

well one thing you can do as a tall dude who can't easily find park skis in the length you want is to use stiffer skis that have more backbone and can serve your bigger frame and weight. so the blend is the exact opposite of that haha. if you choose a ski with some backbone they won't feel nearly as short on you

Yea, it's "K" and no love lost. Maybe try some long race DH or GS skis. If you get them used, it won't cost that much.

that sounds tough. I'm pretty sure blends have a lot of early rise, so less contact with the snow, and they feel shorter than they are. I would recommend getting stiffer skis with less rise

I’ve tried and it’s terrifying riding park on my 210 SG. Straight airs are fine but tossing 360s on the point jumps, you feel like you’re gonna catch a tail and do a cork 270 to your head. Haven’t tried rails on the SG’s tho, the edges are too pretty

Ha, I came here to post a similar thread. I'm 6'6" 205 and having trouble replacing my 181cm 4frnt switchblades (full camber, no rocker). Hopefully your not an East coaster also, then you'd need a skinny park ski (

I was mostly trying to be humorous. Maybe we should move on to some SL beer league skis. They should be plenty stiff enough for a big guy.

I've hit rails on slalom skiis. It is brutal and catching an edge is easy.

A couple seasons ago, before I got better at rails during pvc season last year, my best rail run was the last day of the season on a pair of the cheapest rentals that i used for one run. Slid all the rails perfectly and landed a couple 270s off (the only trick i could do at the time) without any mistakes.

I ride vishnu's though so the change was pretty dramatic lol. My little brother rode rails on his race ski's for years with no problems. It's hit or miss I guess.
