PVLACEBeen looking to grab a pair of skis for the upcoming season. Armada's Arv 96's caught my eyes and wanted some opinions on them.
Bened_notnilTell us about what kind of skier you are. Park? All mountain? What are your old skis? Where do you ski?
PVLACEI ride largely park but need a ski that will fair well on pow days and all mountain. I ski largely in the Rockies. I'm not to serious just out their to have a good time with the boys.
Bened_notnilARV 96 would definitely work fine, but I'd recommend either the Atomic Bentchetler 100 or J skis all play. I have tried all three of those skis and I'd say the ARV is the least playful. But I didn't ski it much so take this with a grain of salt.
I wouldn't be surprised if @patagonialuke has skied it before, and I think @Twig did a roofbox review on it.

.nastyThe ARV is much more playful than a bentchetler 100, the bentchetler is far stiffer than the ARV overall.
