one of my brothers wives is about as stuck up as people come. My brother is quite successful as an architect and his wife is a glorified babysitter. She takes her job super seriously as if she is some sort of glowing example of a career woman who is valuable to society. Most of her ego and pompousness comes from the fact that my brother (her husband) is well respected among his social circles. Its just ridiculous at this point.

Theres nothing wrong with being a trophy wife or a stay at home soccer mom. Alot of them are huge sweethearts who gain all of their self respect from how nicely they treat other people. Those types of moms are the fucking best.

i just cant stand the “you must respect me bc of who my husband is” bullshit. Shits out of control these days.

I would love being a stay at home dad. Also the wife doesnt necessarily have to work, her family might be loaded or something. My older bro dated a girl whos dad had like 300 mil. Theres so many females out their with rich parents. My mom wanted me to work at a place like aspen or vail for this reason. Apparently these places are crawling with trustifarians.

Lol my backyard neighbor has this scenario. Wife's a brain surgeon I think. Was a semi pro/pro frolfer back in the day when taking care of the kids and skis a shitload between trips and the home resort. Girls seem to be badasses too. Runs a mountain biking club from what I've seen. And honestly he could be a stand up comedian. Great guy.
