I've skied the B-Dog a fair amount but only skied the All-Play for a few runs. I'd say the big difference on face value is the flex profile, though with the way I ski, that's always the most important thing in a ski for me. The B-Dog is fairly solid underfoot and soft in the tip and tail, where the All-Play is softer throughout (except for the extremes of the tip/tail) but the flex is more consistent through the ski. It still softens but not as dramatically as the B-Dog. The rocker on the B-Dog is more pronounced too. Personally, I like the smoother flex/profile more for buttering, but find it less stable for skiing around, hitting jumps, landing badly etc.
