Anyone ordering one of these or seen one in person? I’m hesitant to use a 1.5 liter engine off road but I’ve been in another new GM suv with the 1.5 turbo and was really surprised at how much pick up it had. Anybody here push one of those 1.5T’s with 4x4?
I wouldn't worry about it offroad. Heck there's dudes pushing 40's with 22re's still. Usually power complaints come from trying to get up to highway speeds with underpowered 4x4's.
My girl is ordering one. But not the sport she's wiaitng for the ones to come out next fall. Wrap it in pink. It's going to be hard for me not to drive it.
I originally reserved one of those when I saw the Sport had a 1.5 liter engine. I really need a car before the Fall though and don’t do any serious off-roading other than trying to get up the mountain access road or around my families spot in the hills. I would totally save three grand and get the Sport if it’s going to be more than capable of moving through some snow...

I was super interested in this car, but 1) have a lot of hesitations about buying a new production car and 2) can't justify buying a new car with the depreciation. I could see myself buying one in a few years if they hold up well.
I’m also a little hesitant to get a first production run vehicle which kind of let me to the lease option. Worst case Ontario, Has a bunch of problems then I’ll Let dealership handle it and give it back in 36-48 months. Payments would be stupid low too. Test drive a jeep gladiator today and that thing was s i c k but legit 10k more so I dunno bout that one chief

My 188cm commanders fit just fine diagonally. It’s not as big as a full size Silverado, for example, but it’s spacious for sure. I know they sell bed covers with bike racks attached and they’re not expensive at all. It’s got plenty of space for hauling around other random gear...
