The local tweaks where I live are homeless and don't have cars. There's one giant meth head who I always see by my house that I call the Beef Castle. One day I saw him drive past my house in a brand new mini cooper, and then again about an hour later in a very new looking toyota.
There's this guy I've seen riding an old bike with one of those $100 2 stroke bike kits around Dorchester with no helmet through traffic. Kinda surprised the cops don't care.
