This is what happened for us in Australia (before Victoria’s whole season got canned after a week of lifts spinning). Was a shitshow trying to reserve days, site kept crashing and things were booked out in seconds.
They also mention "each group" so are we getting grouped or whats going on? I wish they where more detailed in their "detailed" opening plan lol. They also dont require masks in lodges so we can eat but that is the only place which you would get covid on the hill. Seems so fucking stupid to me but maybe im just butthurt that they cockblocked me from skiing.

I, too, like to think positively, yet having to get a reservation online was not a good system when Bachelor opened for a while at the end of the season. I only got in one day because a computer genius got me in.
I hope whatever system they use will be better and more fair.

"A computer genius got me in" Hahahaha, I literally cried laughing reading that. Skiing this season will be like buying a pair of retro Jordan's. People are going to start paying for bots just to get a reservation.
There are a bunch of East coast mtns that have decided that if you have a pass you don’t need a reservation and you can ski everyday. And then they base the number of tickets available off of the number of pass holders they think that will be skiing. Another ski area has just said they are limiting to 1500 people on the mtn. I honestly don’t think that it is going to be bad at any smaller resort where epic and ikon aren’t in charge. The big west coast corporate mtns and Stratton I definitely foresee being a shit show. And I only say Stratton because the people that frequent that place are the most insufferable in the world and think they are even better then the Jerry’s at vail.
Yea this is sad no doubt. I was really thinking Bridger would be the one place safe from implementing a reservation system. Maybe the fact that it's not on private land should have made this more obvious.
I've been trying to be in Bozeman for this season and this is definitely going to influence my decision. Guess 2020 is officially skin szn. inb4 scarpa bois

have no problem skiing on pretty much any day that is not a peak day. In that case, pass holders will be prioritized and day passes sold based on the amount of pass holders planning on being there that day. We’re not planning on a reservation system of any kind like this and I’m really hoping it stays that way. They invested an ass ton in a brand new gondola in the off season and think they’ll put as many people on that hill every day until the state tells them to stop so they can help their ROI...
