Replying to ON3P, what's the deal? Zero communication?

Is anyone else experiencing this. I have tried emailing them 3 separate times with zero response from anyone at their company.
I ordered my skis on August 10th, on their website it said they would ship August 31st. They charged my credit card on August 10th and I haven't received any information from them whatsoever regarding this order. I have no clue if they have closed down or what is going on. But I would at least expect some form of customer service, kind of crazy that i have emailed on3p 3 separate times only to be ignored.
I know Scott is usually pretty active here so hopefully he can sort this out. I have been a big advocate of ON3P for awhile now.
