I have been rocking some Oakley flight decks the last few seasons and I really like them. Got them for a killer deal from a friend so I couldnt pass them up. Smiths are my second choice.
I've had Giro Axis goggles since Jan 2019. They have easily swapped lenses and have never fogged up on me. I would say their field of view is good but not excellent.

Can't go wrong with Oakley even though they are on the pricy side. I've got Dragon NFX2's that I got on the cheap. I like em but they might not fit everyone's face.
What're folks with fat fukkin faces running? I broke my smith squad xl last season and lookin for another pair. Had giros in the past and they were ok, looking for as much peripheral vision as possible with a wide ass face

Highly recommend Wildhorn. https://www.wildhornoutfitters.com/collections/snow?page=1 Had them for a couple of years and performed amazingly. Also a much cheaper option than something like Oakley or DragonAlliance without really losing any quality (I think). I have the Rocas which only cost $60. Magnetic interchangeable lens system and rimless style. And can get additional lens for only $24 and all the colors look pretty sick
I picked up a pair of Smith Squad XLs last season and I’ve loved them. The lens swap system took a lil bit of getting used to, but it’s relatively easy. They’ve never fogged up on me. I like that the frame is wide and tall. When it’s time for a new pair of goggles I’ll most likely grab them again.
Smith Squad XLs are my go to. Pretty cheap if you can find last years models (usually can get them on evo for $70) and you get 2 lenses. Also clear lenses are the best for night skiing, I used to be a firm believer in oakleys pink iridium too.

Also the Squad XLs are getting the magnet treatment next season if you are into magnetic lenses.
Line Miner lens changing isn't super intuitive and advanced like the new magnetic systems, but the visibility and style still make it one of my favorite goggles.
I have a pair of IOXs and I love them even tho everyone and they mamas has em. the quick lens change is less gimmicky than you'd think
those Oakley things everyone likes are also super nice I tried a pair. Unfortunately I have a huge ass bowling ball head and they didn't fit quite right.
Been using Spy optic happy lenses for a while and love em, current goggles are getting a bit beat though so I've been thinking of checkin out a pair of Ashbury's or Appertif's cause they're both pretty cool and reasonably priced.

The Smith Squad XLs seem to be solid for the price. Check out the I/O mag XL if you’re looking for something high end think there are some decent sales on them rn.
