Damn it I didn’t buy a pass to snowshoe this year I usually pick up the dirt cheap one at the end of the year.

No I don’t really have a need for it. Make it to snowshoe 3 or 4 times. My local Mtn and 7 springs aren’t on it so I just get a pass to my local hill and ride there everyday.

They released all their areas and restrictions. Only a few will require reservations. So that’s great news.

Wow I'm glad I bought a pass. Most of my trips are spur of the moment or chasing storms so that coulda been problematic.

I bought an ikon, do you all think that season pass mean just someone holding a pass to the one specific mountain (i.e. someone with a snowbird exclusive pass) or does it mean everyone with any ikon or season pass?

Yeah, when a resorts says season pass, they don't mean Ikon, they mean their own season pass.

Ikon released a list of the resorts that will require reservation for Ikon pass holders: https://www.ikonpass.com/en/reservations#:~:text=Currently%2C lift access reservations will,local access and policy information.&text=Read COVID-19 protocols for information.

I think most mountains requiring reservations so far indicated this will be for Ikon pass holders, but not season pass holders.

Thanks for the list. I was looking for that but it looks like that won't be the case for many places except the ones with limited days on the pass. I would expect resorts owned by Alterra wouldn't require reservations for ikon pass holders. We shall see
