So looking for advice on where to get a season pass this winter. My school in Sherbrooke would normally have had a deal with Jay for seasons passes, but with borders being closed and no idea on when they'll open up, that isn't an option this year. Geographically, Orford, Owls Head, Bromont, and Sutton are all within an hour and a bit drive. I've only ever skied at Bromont, but that was before I got into park skiing, which is now a primary consideration. Realistically looking for good tree skiing and a solid park setup, not overly focused on who has the most terrain or elevation. thanks
In terms of terrain and elevation they're all pretty similar. The biggest difference is the crowd. Bromont is so crowded with families. Not too sure about parks, but i think there isn't anything too nice in any of those resorts. You're fun is mostly going to be from tree skiing and such
I usually ski at Bromont because it's close to montreal and has a really fun park. No big features but lots of fun jibs set up in a nice line. Some decent little glades and lots of coverage night skiing.
On a pow day Orford & Owl's head have pretty awesome glades. Not quite jay peak level but still really fun.
