I can't help you with france, i'm from spain and I really don't know almost anything about france.

barcelona eh? im actually planning on going to grad shcool there (they have 12 campuses all over europe and so i can spend one year here one year there and so on) after i graduate from smith college and the sorbonne for undergrad. thanks anyway though!!
