Before i say anything else i gotta say that this was probly the funnest comp of the year so far..loud music, good turn out, and awsome judging..gotta give most of the props for that(judging) to cross, good job man.Anyway the guy who took the comp was Kyle Martinson.Yuh probly havent heard of him he doesnt ussually travel around to compete but hes madly smooth on rails and has some pretty huge air.Second was Brendan 'bearisto' lawrence, i didnt see his last run, i wandered off somewhere cant really remember what i was doin at the time anyway props to him he deserves that after what happened at the last crabbe comp.anyway i'm pumped for the next crabbe comp, should be as good.

dot man way to right a book about how u wondered off, u forgot to mention how crazy close this whole comp was, there was a point or less than a point difference between every rider, there was good music, good course (cept we got snow which slowed stuff down), and good judging
'The Ski Out Terrain Park is definitely the most happenin' Park around. Said to be, 'the most progressive Terrain Park' in New Brunswick. It's packed with everything from huge hits to 'new school' railslides!'

From an organizer point of view.
We had a small crisis when we arrived to setup Saturday Morning the PVC pipe that was to be one of the jibs somehow got in a fight with the groomer overnight and lost. So we drug out our 8 foot Shorty Rail set it up on the second hit and built a big take off with a 10 foot gap to the rail to keep things interesting. This proved to be a blessing as it was a pretty sick setup. The other problem was it snowed all day making it really difficult to pick up speed if you wanted to hit the last jump. The judges were awesome cheering on each competitor. It was a fun vibe all day. Here's the Offical Results.
Pro Snowboard
1st - Aaron Johnson
2nd - Josh Clark
3rd - Matt Chase
Amateur Ski
1st - Chris Robichaud
2nd - Darren Gill
3rd - Brent Paul
Pro Ski
1st - Kyle Martinson
2nd - Brendan Lawrence
3rd - Darren Clark
4th - Tyson Piercy
5th - Jonathon Wilson
Please note 1st - 5th was separated by 1 point. Great work guys. Our next event is a Big Air on Saturday April 3rd. I will post details later in the week. It will more than likely be the last Comp in Atlantic Canada so we're hoping for a good turn out.

Hey dawgs...ya it was a good turn out considering the 3-5' of snow we got which made it slow but a bit more interesting in the sense that it was more like 3rails and 1 hit, to me a true Slopestyle course which made ryders chose from air or style...Kudos from the 2 ryders that came from Wentworth and made the trip in the snowstorm...Wilson and Foster...From a judges point of view it was probably the hardest decesion to choose the winner that day, from the smooth rails to the consistantcy of the riders...I'm not sure where the rest of you kats were from NS were??? Anyways so does anyone know the deal on next weekend at Wentworth???
All times are Eastern (-5)
