Ahhh, poor kids. I have gallons of this white sticky stuff out on my yard. It snowed last night in Cheyenne, WY (just outside of CO). It was like 2-4'. Right now, outside, its freezin balls. God damn it must be below 30 degrees cuz at the football game i couldn't feel my toes and i had ski socks on from ice skating.

if it ever actually snows in vancouver, it just melts into slush for 3 days, and then goes away. its not cold enough to stay for weeks at a time. i wish it did

I think snow's good for everything, of course that is coming from a Minnesotan and we're kind of weird when it comes to snow and cold weather. You can make forts out of it (I haven't done that for a while though... too busy making ski jumps...) You can chuck it at people, tackle people into it... yes, snow is good for more than skiing!

Snow only gets everything wet when it starts to warm up and melt. Before that happens there is so much fun stuff you can do with it. I wish the snow stayed around longer in Vancouver. It seems to stay for less and less each year :(
