i was just wondering what your opinion was on how the size of a skier effects his skill level and style

I reckon it makes it way harder, but its all on ability and cant be used as an excuse. Being small short fat skinny all have positives and negatives. im 183cm and 95kg, i dont find it that hard, but i am not as agile as my mates who dont way as much, they can spin faster and stuff but they cant go as fast as me.

yah I'm about 188cms and 81kgs. Never beat for speed, can spin and flip pretty well but center of gravity is a lot higher on rails and I got less time in the air to bring feet around through flips coz legs are longer, stuff like that, all good though.

Well I think height doens't matter that much, unless your like 6'6'. But It depends on your weight. Like say u are 6'2' and 185, thats light for the hieght. But if u r that same height and weigh 210..the 185 has a advantage. So basically, if u the only real size advatage u can have is being light for your height.

I am about 5'11 maybe 6' on a good day and weigh in at about 210 or under. I find that I can rip shit on big mountain but when it comes to the park I am not as comfortable as some of my smaller budy's. One thing is for sure though the bigger you are the narder you fall.

yeah all objects fall at 9.8 meters a sec if you dont factor in air resistance

yea well I'm 5'1 and weigh 100 TAKE THAT! I can spin like one crazy mother fucker. I can do 7's off the ground.. but its soo hard for me to get speed... I float good too.. need more power tho

Yeah i'm 6'4'' and i think it makes a difference in do tricks when taller and bigger. I think its hella harder when being that size, but oh well we'll just have to try harder an djust deal with it.

Im 6'4 and 200 lbs and although i find it alot harder to tweak some of the grabs i have the advantage in other areas. I can boost higher than most of my friends because i have alot of power in my legs coming off the lip, like preloading your suspension in Moto X. Also i can carry more speed in the pipe (assuming i land smoothly) because i have that extra size to use. I also find that although spinning is harder than for my smaller friends I can muscle them around if need be, like if i know im not going fast enough i can add some muscle and finish the spin.

no, gravitational acceleration is 9.8 m/s^2. But you brainiacks are missing the point, if you fall on your head/wrist/face/balls the weight of your body is going to be a factor.

well Spriggs is like 6' 5'' and he spins as well as anyone does...smaller kids spin faster, but bigger kids have the power advantage, and ive noticed that bigger kids tend to go bigger.
