Aerobics First is stepping up big time this year. They are providing a lot of support in the way of prizes and gear for the upcomming Aerobics First Freeski series to be held this season at Wentworth. They are also providing sponsorship to a couple of riders in the region including myself , Ross, and Dave MacDonald. They have the best selection of gear in the area and the best deals as well. So if you need any new gear this season head there because they are the only shop that is supporting ths movement.

Congratulations on the sponsorship guys. A-1 is a kick ass shop run by kick ass guys, and have stepped up big time to help out our scene in NS. Remember the Orage big air last year? all the great gear for prizes and give aways? you can thank Thor-from-thuro for arranging it, and you can thank A-1 for all the gear. you can thank me for nothing. Thor, make sure you get more SOBE for this year, i still have the shakes from that stuff. 6 pack snoler-cokes are needed too.

i love A1, and my mom will never take me there when i'm in halifax...but when i am there i notice some things slightly over the price range i wish they were

Yeah, the skis are definatly pretty pricey. If you need your skis mounted, tuned or waxed, bring them here though. If you need to get boots, this is the best option. Its more important to have a good fit than anything in a boot. Never order boots online. The guys here are super knowledgeable. Outerwear and streetwear here is a good price, and there are typically sales. Check them out for sure.

Peter youre learning, you just need some more time in the park if thats what you want to do. Just remember that everyone has weaknesses and you need to face them and work on them if you want to get better. Also there is more to skiing than just the park.

finally, somone who rides ski-ler blades. do you want to meet up somwhere?, we can play a quick game of bum darts and then hit up the park for a mad session of falling of rails and tripping on our own feet.

ohhh..im soo happy to have a comrade on blades/. we live in world of full length skiers and 'shredders' i call them. momma calls them nuckle draggers. i just think it is soo fulfilling to know i have someone out there that cares about my sensitive turning needs. just because i ssswwwiissss at the end of my turns..WHY THE HARaSMENt whhy
