is this camp any good? Ive heard about it in magazines and stuff and i might be coming to that for a month this summer, but i want to make sure it is worth it. I figured people living in new zealand might know something about it....

Yea dude is sweet but make sure u come out when the Helli Chalange is on and for the Wanaka big air as its when it s goes off and male sure u spend most of your time at snowpark.

The New Zeland free ride camp I dont think is running for 2004 as the are taking the season off. But as for park skiing here in new zealand we have got a pretty sick set up going on at snow park at the moment. Check it out at www.snowparknz.com. They have got the x-games park builder coming out for the winter

I am running Z-Land Ski Camps this winter up at the Snowpark NZ(prevoiusly Progressions Ski Camp). Coaches include Jake Mcleary, Tom Dunbar, Marty Jillings, Charlie Anderson and guest coaches JP, Tanner, TJ, Grete, Julien, Anthony and many more. Camps start on July 8th and will run for a 3 day duration with 5 hours of caoching per day plus extra hours to practise. Snowpark now has a camp only superpipe. Camps will run throughout the entire season.

So Guys,
It was a long time since i went to the NZ Freeride Camp. Let me tell you, DONT DO IT. It is a complete rip off, you don't get "real" coaching, and the coaches and guy who runs it are jerks. It was very dissapointing to have my experience dampened by such people..... But, on another note, go to NZ to ski, coolest place on the face of this earth. Treblecone and Snowpark freakin' rule and the views are absolutely amazing!
