Who heard the report of the latest bullshit lawsuit? Some fat shithead is sueing a bunch of fast food chains. Thats total bullshit. He claims it is their fault that hes a fat shithead. If he wins, I will start killing lawyers and stuff.

I can't believe what things have come to these days. People are so fucking lazy and lacking in will power. This guy not only blames fast food chains for stuffing his face full of greasy burgers when he only has to blame himself but also is trying to make a quick buck at the same time. Sad really.

If he wins, i'm suing dairy queen. Their ice cream cake is so damn good i HAD to eat half of one today. This will contribute to lazyness and it'll make me fat so i can't ski anymore.

If he wins, don't hate on his lawyer. Lawyers are just doing their job. My law teacher was telling us about one of his cases where a girl was caught shoplifting, red handed. In court the crown forgot to say that the goods she walked out with belonged to the store (even though it was obvious, it has to be shown), and she got away. What I'm trying to say is, if this fat focker does win, hate on the defence lawyer.

I don't think he'll win. Liability sure fucks things up for other sports too like skating. The reason you always get kicked out of places is because if you get hurt you're gonna sue. I don't wanna sue, I just wanna kickflip down your stairs, and if i get broken, wait till i heal and try again. Argh, I think once our generation gets into the lawmaking decision range, stuff may change some, because we realize how ridiculous it is.

i hope when the people that are teenagers and stuff right now when we are older people wont be so stupid about sueing everyone if something goes wrong, smae with a bunch of laws but i guess peoples views on stuff change as they get older. I can understand poeple getting kicked out of skating spots cause the guy that owns it doesnt want to shell out thousands in lawer fees and if he loses hospital stuff or whatever fo some little 12 year old that was trying a 4 stair fo the first tiem or something

restraining orders are funny too. 3 kids at my school had them against me and one of my friends after we kicked their asses in the parking lot. the cops came and just kinda said that this kind of shit happens to kids, and they didnt really mind. the kids all had super rich parents who got their 30 day restraining orders put on us. the cop was laughing when he served us with them, since he knew it was bullshit

ok they lawers arn't getting sucked into these cases, they r the ones creating them, for rekognition and for money, if you look at this guy on tv he looks like he has a learning dissability. The laywer is just useing him, i feel sorry for the guy that he got into this situation, he obviously has no idea whats going on. And how can you yell at lawers and not say nething about the media. They put this stupid shit on all the time. If it wasn't for edia coverage I bet less of this bullshit would happen.

there will always be stupid people, when our generation 'grows up' the stupid people of tomorrow will likely be the offspring of the fat lazy stupid people of today.

Heres the solution: put all the stupid people in a large square room with one corner painted a certain colour (red perhaps?) and then over a speaker system, tell them that the first person in the (red) corner wins a million dollars. Then watch them squish each other to death trying to be the first.

Phrosty don't spell stuff with a 'k' when you shoud know it is a 'c'. Just anoying and makes you look stupid and imature. For those of you who are going to be lawers, you do have the right to deny service to anyone you chose. So you can get away without doing the lame ass cases like, Burger King gave me a fat ass. If you would just laugh at them when they came in you would be helping the cause then to be green and take the case to court.

My personal opinion the lawer should be hit with a car, then if he wins we hit the other lawer with a car.
