Flat Spin

I've seen a lot of tips on throwing cork spins but I haven't seen tips on flat spins.

Anyone have tips on throwing flat 5's or 7's?
What's good starting point?

flat spins are simple. jump super high on the tramp, go to do a rodeo but instead of actually spinning while flipping, just flip. actually set it more like a cork, but don't spin the cork. It is seriously really easy, you wont even know your doing it. Then once you have it dialed on the tramp go to the backcountry practice practice practice then go to the next comp and throw a pep roll.

there's tips on skiingmotion.com for flat 5 and flat 7.. i still can't quite figure it out on the tramp.. i think i need to go higher and spin faster

if you're doing them on a hip or in the pipe you can think of it as an off axis backflip, if you're doing them on a table they become signifigantly harder.
