numerous sponsars including dynastar hav thrown a bit of funding our way to film and gather footage which will go through proper and dedicated post-production facilities to produce a professional ski/snowboard flick for release just prior to the 2005 austalian winter.
a shitload of footage of australian riders and some internationals has already been got by some freelance camera peeps but i also know that a heap of you guys have your own little bits of footage from around the place. if you have anything sik...we want it. if you choose to send some footage to us, it must be in digital format such as on a dv tape or as a dv enoded file on a cd. you will be required to sign a release form but you will recieve full credit for the footage. remember some nicely cut footage is a pretty impressive thing to show potential sponsars. we will be only using decent footage of impressive things. msg me or send me an email to get the address or any more details.
the two main production houses involved in the post-production of this movie is creep films in association with static productions. there are about 5 editors, sfx artists and compositors working on the film, all of whom are qualified and have experience in the industry. last year creep films produced the biggest selling australian body-boarding movie which soon went on to being released internationally.
with the release of this ski/board film and also rob's new one, the showcase of australian riders is quickly becoming more and more impressive.
