Is he? i mean, he was at chads, sessioning the gap with Tanner, and tanner kills himself.
then apparently from what i read in the 'Simon goes big thread', Jon was there too, and dumont ruptures his spleen and fractures his pelvis.

dunno if this has been mentioned in another thread.
but whatever. i wonder still.

Lineskier-101, actually jon is an awsome backcountry skier that you havent seen. his BC isnt as widely published, hes more marketable as a jibber.
he kills park, pipe, BC, racing, and more likely than not moguls. same with henrick.

Yeh jon is a great all round skier, really good bc skier, he won a big mountain comp here in sweden, the best jibber in the world, and when he was younger he was in the swedish alpine national team, but he is not racing gates much anymore! But he is a really good all round skier, but he has never been a good mogul skier, and he is not a jinx..i don't think so, hehe..i wouldn't say no to ski together with him!! without his gf..she can't ski!!!

Haha, you try to insult Jon for not being one of the best all-around skiers yet all brag about Tanner for is his park-ratness. And I'm sorry, but you just don't brag about ANYBODY'S big air skills...

Considering Jon's placement in the X-Games in pipe and slopestlye, along with his big-mountain abilities which Tanner can only hope to dream of having, I think it's more than fair to point out Jon as one of the best all-around skiers there is.

I have heard that his preference for jump lips is alittle different than most skiers. perhaps this had a bearing on what happenend, but I doubt it.
