Fixing my bindings?!

Hey ive been having some trouble with my bindings and I need some help please, dont tell me to use the search option cuz ive tried that several times over. Ok so I have Rosi Scratch 100 bindings and first off the back of the binding is loose,it wobbles around like crazy. Second of all if i step into one of my bindings, and i lift up my heal it will come out of the binding. Or if i hit any jump it will come out now, its just getting progressivly worse. I know nearly nothing about fixing/tuning skis... so any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot.

go to your local shop, tell and show them the problem. They'll fix you up right.

Thanks for the suggestion, but Im looking for a way to fix this myself so i can ride for the rest of the weekend..

ur foot is coming out cause its not tighted enough...let me explain

first pop the back of the binding up like your foot is in it and them you will see a clear panel with numbers inside with a red and at the end there is a place to put a screw driver in and then tighten it to the right and put it as high as u want and by doin this it is very hard for you ski to pop off now but dont tighten it to much unless ur in a comp. cause u could fuck urslef if too tight when fucking around at home resort. and my guess for fixing the other is just to tighting the screw all around the bindings and that should solve ur problems!!
