Also its all about a solid buisness plan, if you have that and you explore all possible paths that your company can take, you will be ahead of the game.
-What i did was put 2 months of hard work in with legal advisors as well as my mentor and came up with a market, overhead cost, cash flow, product, ect and presented it to an investor who thought it was an awsome idea. I also explained how a there was a nitch that needed to be filled in the industry. Thats all my stuff. Peace.
