new ipod?

i dont know about the new ones coming out, but i just got the 20g one and its sweet and holds plenty of music so id keep it

probably by the end of the year, apple will have phased out all of the black and white screen ipods and replaced them with color screen ones. if you noticed during the last release (when the new minis and ipod photos came out) they reduced the regular ipod to just the 20gig. they're planning on releasing the minis with color screens sometime later this year, and will take out the black and white screen ones altogether.

i'm not saying this will happen, just that by the looks of it (contracting with the company that makes their color screens to make smaller ones, reducing the regualr ipods to only one option, etc), there's a good chance that they'll do this.

Sell it and get an iRiver H340. Or wait for their new one. Navigation isn't as intuitive as the iPod's but that's the only disadvantage. No drivers/software needed - no iTunes.

i read some interview with apple and the company that produces the processers which they use. the company has just developed processers which will result in at least 3 times better battery life on new devices, and the next gen ipod is definately going to use it.

yea, definitely keep it, the only new thing they have out right now is the ipod shuffle, and you dont want to have to wait another year just to get another one.

ya apple has just released new ipods. My bro just got one. Go to the apple site if you want to see them. The colours are basically the same. The main difference is the price ($250 Cad) and the battery life (15 hours).
