whats the best park in tahoe
im going there for spring break the 19-30th
were plannin to go to heavenly, squaw and alipine meadeows. are there any othere that we should hit up

Alpine for sure. Northstar has some good jibs but no mountain. Go to regional, there is a post just like this.

Kirkwood has great tech skiing, unbelievable chutes, drops and lines. Really, dont go to tahoe for park.

I'd have to agree with the above statements, if you're visiting tahoe take advantage of the terrain, kirkwood, sugarbowl or alpine. Alpine's got a pretty decent park this year, and northstar has a ton of jibs, jumps are decent.

BOREAL sucks so much they only got like 500ft vert! HORRIBLE all you even got is one main lift to take you to the top. Only go to boreal if you wanta hit the park because they don't go much goin there

i learned to ski at boreal. but, anyways, i can't believe that i haven't heard anything about squaw valley yet. it is the best all around resort in tahoe. i would say it has the best mountain, and the park is sweet, as good as your northstar and alpine parks. alpine is a better deal though, just a smaller mountain. the decision is really only between squaw and alpine. they are your best bets

Im gonna go ahead and disagree, Alpine has the best terrain in tahoe because it doesnt track out before 9:30 on a pow day, the best park on the North side is Northstar . Alpine has a good park but its so small. But alpine own's it when it come's to terrain , Redick shit that can put your ass i the hospital kind of terrain. Squaw has kT but yeah I just like alpine better. And northstar's pipe is killing it right now. Alpine if it snow's northstar if it doesnt. And yeah tahoe has great terrain but im not gonna ski the whole mountain when its bulletproof so you guy's above are stupid for makin such comment's this time of the year.

squaw is the bes mountain in tahoe PERIOD. alpine doesnt have KT and northstar dosnt have a rock big enough to be called a cliff on it

Northstar is too freakin crowded, but in terms of park, I guess its pretty fun. but you'll wait 20 minutes in line on every lift. Alpine's great and its only 39 bucks. It's right next to squaw so you might as well try both mountains. Kirkwood is a pretty sick mountain too but kinda out of the way.

ya seriously. Northstar is like Chinese ski school on the weekend. It's like all 1.3 billion of them started snowboarding in the past 2 years and they all ended up at Northstar.

Mix it up. Go to Northstar/Sierra for boxes/rails and superpipe, Alpine for sick as tables and the mountain terrain, Kirkwood and Squaw for all around mountain.

squaw has the best terrain and an awesome park. The KT22 is sick the and headwall has awesome skiing. The ford freestyle park is also awesome

Well, since we're on the subject of best resort..... I would say Squaw, but I like Alpines park the best if ur planning on jibbing all day.... they're tables are def the best.... the landings are nice and easy on the knees, if u do them right

you might try enchanted forest if there is a dump and there is powder, but get squawly wood if your going to squaw and ull really find the best places to ski. you can buy at any local ski shop.
