alright. i have been riding my trouble makers since the beginning of the season, and i now have many vertical pressure cracks near the tips of both of my skis. it is superficial, but my edges are days away from falling out, and if i have the opportunity to get a new pair, then i will take it. i have heard that they would take them in for warranty, but i'm wondering if anyone here has goten a new pair for pressure cracks.
p.s. i used the search bar, and had no luck.

its tough with pressure cracks, it really depends on the mood of the guy in the warranty department at dynastar the day that your arrive. cause its sorta obvious that they are from landing an having your tips slap down... maybe through in a bag or some beer money to better your chances of the warranty guy having a good day...
Good Luck

do it, now is the time if any my shop said they would warranty mine and the next day I ripped and edge out+core shot spinning on a box. They WERE going to go in for delammin tip but oh well.
I have warrantied tms before, they were 3 years old and I couldn't dismount the binding so I just left em on, they gave me new skis and new bindings. It is all about what your shop writes on the form.

ask for warrantee on a tuesday on wednesday. No one's happy on monday and thursday/friday is too close to the end of the week.

I mean it was summertime and my shop was full of patio furnature and only had one screwdriver and no one in the place could even get the screws started. Whoever had them before me must have glued em good.
My LBF's were turned down for warranty after 4 days on them, no rails but three year old tms no prob, wierd.

preasure cracks dont do shit, deal with it, if they are that old (04s)they deffinatly wont warrenty um, and youll waste 50 bucks on shipping.

hes doesnt care about the pressure cracks his edges are close to falling out and he wants to know if he can get new ones using the pressure crack excuse since the edges falling out due to grinding wont be warrentied.
if your not going to read the whole thread at least read the first post

pressure crack dont do anything but they can result in water getting into the ski. And when water gets into the ski and freezes it can mess the ski up. Delam or something.

I had a friend h ave a pressure crack on his ski and it warped the whole front part of the ski. Pressure cracks are back, very bad, the lower the strength of yur ski, i would not even hit a 5 foot wide box with those skis. He sent them back and got his warrenty. But it took a year an a half. Very long time.

i am getting a few on the tips of my 02 line skogens. im worried they mite be screwed. even though i dont do many rales at all. my edges are dull, and i think if i tried to warranty them, they would say they wouldnt because of that
