what "din" for me

well im 5 11 135 pounds and have dins set at 7.(rossi power 100).. it works for me. They dont pop off when you dont want them too, but if your going down they will. so it works great for me. I also ski fairly hard, it depends what you do.

if you've got 810s and haven't used them before I woudl get a shop to set them for you, bro. The wings can get all loose and toe height, etc. But what the previous guy said, 6.5-8.0 range should be fine if you are fairly aggressive

if he goes 9, if he bails, he might tear his knee. the last thing you'd ever want would be to fall in an awkward position and have your ski not pop off. i'd say 7.5 range or so. i'm a tad smaller, and a bit lighter, and i'm at 7, but then again, those are look bindings. they're amazing.
